Five Year Product Warranty terms & Conditions

Covered:

• All aspects of manufacturing

• All aspects of Installation (if installed by us)

• Mildew

• Abrasion (marking or Chaffing)

• Lifetime water absorption of closed cell component

• Not Covered:

• Damage caused from misuse, neglect, or accidental

damage

• Installation of “Supply Only” fenders

• All incidental and/or consequential damages

• Aftermarket modifications

• Personal injury from misuse

 

Disclaimer:

• The exterior chaffing cover of your “ProFender SuperFender” is manufactured from a premium quality Marine component sourced from Belgium, extensive research and product testing worldwide has been performed however on occasion you may experience varying discolouration/fading depending on the elements (this will not occur within 24 months), this discolouration and or fading will not affect the integrity of the product and is not covered by warranty.

• Your ProFender SuperFender must be maintained to conform with International Marine (SIM) guidelines.

• All warranty claims must be submitted in writing thirty days after discovery of the nonconformity or defect. (Product that is either nonconforming or defective is referred to herein as “defective Marine Grade Vinyl Product”).

• During the Warranty Period, ProFender International will provide maintenance/repairs or replacement to replace any defective Product but will not refund any original product.
